These Terms of Service govern your access to the Sovereign Intelligence platform, APIs, and associated visual telemetry tools.
1. Acceptable Use
The Sovereign platform is engineered for proactive internal observability. You may only execute Synthetic Flows and Watchtower Probes against digital properties that you own, operate, or have explicit, documented authorization to test.
You may not use our distributed edge network to:
- Execute unauthorized penetration tests, DDoS attacks, or vulnerability scans.
- Scrape data from third-party websites for competitive intelligence.
- Bypass rate limits or authentication mechanisms of properties you do not control.
- Submit malicious payloads, infinite loops, or cryptojacking scripts via our Chromium Sandbox.
Violation of these parameters will result in immediate API key revocation and permanent algorithmic blacklisting of your Organization ID.
2. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Sovereign guarantees a 99.99% uptime for our core telemetry ingestion API and dashboard access for users on the Enterprise Sovereign tier.
If we fail to meet this SLA in any calendar month, you are eligible for a service credit calculated exponentially against the delta of downtime. The SLA does not apply to Scout or Sentinel tier workspaces. Scheduled maintenance windows (broadcast 48 hours in advance) are excluded from the SLA calculation.
3. Intellectual Property
We claim no intellectual property rights over the DOM architectures, frontend payloads, or application logic that our headless browsers execute on your behalf.
The telemetry, incident diagnostics (including AI analyst queries), and metadata generated by your monitors belong solely to you. You grant us a limited license to store, parse, and transmit this data strictly for the purpose of operating the Sovereign platform on your behalf.
4. Indemnification & Liability
Sovereign is an observability tool; we do not operate your production clusters. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims arising from downtime, revenue loss, or data breaches occurring on your underlying infrastructure.
In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you to Sovereign in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
5. Subscription & Billing
Workspaces are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cadence. Upgrading monitors or adding seats mid-cycle will automatically trigger a prorated invoice. Failure to process payment after three retries will result in account suspension and soft-deletion of telemetry data after 30 days.
